How can I get current pricing/product information?
Please call our Customer Support Team Toll Free at 1-800-321-2840 and a Customer Support Representative will assist you. If further information is needed, we will immediately put a call into your local Area Manager for them to call or stop by.
If it is after hours, please leave a voice mail message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
How can I get an MSDS form?
Contact us directly and we will e-mail, fax or mail you the needed information.
What is your return policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee no hassle return policy. Our Customer Support Team will issue a Return Goods Authorization and notify your local Area Manager of the return. A UPS return label will be mailed to you along with a corresponding Return Goods Authorization letter.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship the same day when the order is entered prior to 3:30 PM EST (drop ship orders not included). Our advanced computer system allows us to forecast daily updates on inventory at our warehouses in Cleveland, Miami, Reno and Knoxville.
What if I need the status if my order?
Call our toll free number and our trained Customer Support Specialists will look up your order and give you the updated information you are looking for.
What are your credit terms?
Net 30 days. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
What if I need a product sample or a demonstration of a product?
CCP has local Area Managers located throughout the United States and Canada that can stop by and demonstrate your item of interest. Our Area Managers are expertly trained on our complete product line to assist in matching up the right product for your application.
